1.If any member:

a.shall be convicted of a criminal offence save and except traffic offences under the Road Traffic Act; or
b.shall be in breach of this Constitution or any rules or guidelines made hereunder; or
c.shall be guilty of conduct which the Executive of the Association in its absolute discretion considers inconsistent with the objectives of the Association,

then that member may be subject to such disciplinary action as prescribed by the Executive of the Association in its absolute discretion or the membership of that member may be terminated by the Executive of the Association.

2. In addition to the powers of the Executive aforesaid the Executive shall have the right and power on good cause being shown, to annul the membership of any member and remove the member from the role of the Association. Notice the intention of the Executive to annual the membership of any member shall be sent to the member concerned not less than fourteen (14) days before the date of the meeting at which the matter is to be dealt with and the member concerned shall have the right to attend such meeting and to reply to any charges made.
